We’ll handle license management from start to finish—whether it’s onboarding new LOs or guiding your internal team through annual renewals. As your team grows, so does the complexity of managing Loan Originator licensing. The LO Band Add-On ensures that EASE can provide scalable, hands-on licensing support for every Loan Officer you bring on board. This add-on is applied based on your active LO count and is reviewed annually to align with your team size.

What’s included

EASE will manage the licensing of all new Loan Originators and provide detailed, hands-on guidance to your designated internal team contact. We’ll ensure that licensing timelines are met, documentation is complete and accurate, and renewals are tracked and submitted on time—keeping your team compliant and audit-ready.

When it applies

Your LO Band is determined at onboarding and reassessed annually (or earlier if your LO count significantly changes). This ensures we can scale our support as your team grows.

Preferred Access for Full-Service Clients

Clients enrolled in a full-service subscription—whether at the Launch level or Enterprise Plus—receive exclusive access to preferred pricing and discounts through our partner network. This includes offerings such as continuing education, registered agent services, bond providers, and more.
